Our Founders

Our CUSO was formed as a partnership in 2013 by three credit unions in Michigan: Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union, Frankenmuth Credit Union and Team One Credit Union. The strength and knowledge of these credit unions is the cornerstone of our organization and you can trust we understand your needs.

Our Structure

Neighborhood Income Solutions, LLC ("N-I-S") is the successful parent organization collaboratively owned by our three founding credit unions.

Our Leadership

SIS is led by CEO, Melinda Spada. Melinda has over 20 years of credit union and business development experience. She works directly with credit unions to cultivate valuable business partnerships through the products and services of SIS. She is committed to the credit union movement and strongly believes in credit union values and their principle of “People Helping People.”
